It's a small space but I cherish coming here with company. I don't remember all what we ordered but we tried the chicken tikka masala and fried fish. The biriyani was average. They have parking at the back. Friendly service.

Delicious Indian diner. Always packed with aunties so you know it must be good. They have the best crispiest dosas... Well worth the trip. Jackson Heights has nothing this good.
Authentic Indian cuisine in Long Island. My favorite are the Chicken Tika Masala and Somosa Good deep favorites of spices and curry The nan bread are good too.
Cozy, family run, authentic restaurant with maybe 10-12 tables only. Located in Hicksville near LIRR station. Very casual. Greeted by a warm and friendly hostess. I ordered the chicken dum biryani and my husband the chicken sag. We added garlic naan, masala dosa and vegetable ....(didn't catch the name) because those were highlighted on Yelp and the waitress recommended. But...Oh my....We ordered too much! However, it was great to try it all! Delicious! Large portions. We started at 6 pm. Left by 7 pm. All the tables were full and we watched so many take out orders being picked up. Busy place which supports that I wasn't alone in my thoughts. Servers were very nice. Casual, warm, comfortable environment. I would go back! I want to try others in that area as Hicksville is home to many Indian restaurants.
Best Indian food I've had!! My party and I stopped here around 8pm for dinner and waited maybe 10 min before we were seated. Ordered a bunch of items from the chicken tikka masala, dosa, samosa chaat, paratha, tea, chole but my favourite is definitely the dosa. Usually not a fan but it's so soft and melts in your mouth. I also expected them to break apart but they surprisingly didn't. Service was spectacular. They're a family restaurant and treats you like it. Parking is kinda weird.. you have to park around the deli by going past the restaurant and making a left because if not, your car could get towed..
If you love chicken tikka masala this place has the best chicken tikka masala in the area. Soooo good & authentic. My only suggestion is that the rice portion it comes with should be bigger, definitely not enough for 2 if sharing. We also are a fan of the mutton biriyani. Definitely my go to for Indian take out.
